Return & Refund Policy

 
At Uplift Enterprise Services, LLC, we stand by the quality of our work. To ensure fairness, the following policies apply:

1.Deposits

All non-contract bookings require a deposit (35–40% of the total service cost).
Deposits are credited to the final invoice.
Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs 3 or more hours before the scheduled service.

2.Cancellations

Free Cancellation: If canceled 3+ hours before scheduled service → full deposit refunded or applied to future booking.
Late Cancellation (within 3 hours): A 10% cancellation fee of the total service will be charged, deducted from the deposit.
No-Shows: Deposit is forfeited in full.

3.Completed Services

Once a service is completed, payments are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-service the area of concern at no additional cost.

4.Fleet Contracts

Contracted clients are billed according to agreed terms. Any cancellation or rescheduling must follow the conditions outlined in the service agreement.
